Requirements

1+ years of experience in in automotive detailing, car wash, or reconditioning preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Always responsible to greet, acknowledge and accompany customers.
Collects information from customers' vehicles and completes video walk arounds.
Picks up and delivers vehicles as needed to accommodate business/customer need.
Shuttles customers to home, work, or other requested locations as needed.
Parks and moves vehicles/equipment to maintain lot order as directed by management.
Helps clean shop and service area to maintain cleanliness and customers areas.
Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and to designated parking spots.
Performs general cleanup of vehicles after service work is completed as outlined in SOP.
Cleans and maintains the washroom/bay throughout the day. Cleans and stocks at end of shift.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to a manager.
Assist technicians and parts team in running parts to and from parts areas, stalls and other locations.
Supports service team with various administrative duties such as scanning, filing, etc. as needed.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
