Requirements

Current, valid driver’s license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and good organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

No prior retail or automotive experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Move vehicles around the service lot as directed to maintain order.
Keep the service drive, write-up area, and shop clean and tidy.
Wash and clean the interior and exterior of vehicles, including trunks and glove compartments.
Clean engines and apply specialized cleaners according to manufacturer instructions.
Assist technicians in keeping the service department organized and clean.
Support property maintenance to ensure a positive dealership appearance.
Greet customers promptly in a courteous and friendly manner.
Drive the shuttle to transport customers as needed.
Perform trash removal and general housekeeping duties.
Complete all required training, including OSHA right-to-know training.
Adhere to company policies and wear the approved uniform.
Perform other duties as assigned to assist the team.
