About The Position

The Service Shuttle Driver plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional automotive service experience for our customers by seamlessly connecting their service appointments with convenient vehicle delivery and pickup. As a Service Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for efficiently transporting customer vehicles to and from our service center, while also assisting customers with entering and exiting/exiting and loading/unloading their cars.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership and designated locations
• Pick up and drop off customer vehicles for scheduled service appointments
• Follow punctual routes and ensure customers arrive on time
• Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
