About The Position

Requirements

  • Must have service department management experience at a franchised dealership
  • Proven ability to lead people and manage performance
  • Strong work ethic and high personal standards
  • Customer experience matters to you, not just numbers
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Service department experience is not optional.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day service department operations
  • Advisor and technician performance
  • Workflow, efficiency, and throughput
  • CSI, productivity, ELR, and hours per RO
  • Coaching, accountability, and standards
  • Execution during expansion and increased volume
