Requirements

  • 2-3 years of successful Automotive Service Management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and team performance
  • Solid understanding of dealership operations (DealerTrack experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required (college preferred)
  • Flexible availability to support service operations
