Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Service Manager, Store Manager, or similar leadership role
  • Strong automotive knowledge (tires, maintenance, mechanical repair fundamentals)
  • A sales-driven mindset with the ability to confidently present and close recommendations
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing professionalism
  • High accountability, urgency, and pride in performance
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule (including weekends and occasional evenings)
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer experience — consult, educate, and build trust while delivering solutions that meet customer needs
  • Drive sales and profitability by presenting clear, value-based recommendations and pricing
  • Lead from the front — coach, train, and motivate technicians and advisors to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Oversee full vehicle inspections and build comprehensive repair plans using digital repair orders
  • Manage workflow and productivity to maximize bay efficiency and cycle time
  • Develop your team through hands-on leadership, accountability, and performance feedback
  • Maintain operational excellence — inventory control, shop organization, safety, and cleanliness
  • Run the store like it’s your own — results matter, and so does how you get them
