Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive service management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Valid driver’s license and a commitment to safety.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Honda vehicles and manufacturer service standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the service department’s daily activities and staff.
  • Ensure timely, efficient, and quality vehicle service and repairs.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Develop and implement service processes and standards to improve department efficiency.
  • Monitor service department budget, expenses, and profitability.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate service technicians and staff.
  • Maintain adherence to manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with parts department and other dealership teams to streamline operations.
