About The Position

TOWNE AUTOMOTIVE IS LOOKING FOR A SERVICE MANAGER Full Job Description Oversee all aspects of service department for our growing Auto Dealership. Manager is responsible for all operations within the automotive shop and for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Fast-paced work environment. $100,000 - $150,000 annually. AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE MANAGER - Dynamic group of dealerships is seeking an experienced Service Manager.

Requirements

Previous Service Manager or long Term Advisor / Warranty Experience
Strong Motivational and Leadership Skills
Strong Management Skills - Management experience is required
Track record of success and integrity
Strong Service Sales Ability
Customer Orientated – Proven CSI record
Positive Attitude, Energetic and enthusiastic to do work
Well Organized
Professional telephone and communication skills
Computer literate, with good keyboard skills- Experience with CDK or other automotive software.
Able to work productively in a TEAM environment
Able to organize work flow to deliver quality work efficiently and timely.
Automotive - 5 years
Valid Driver license
