Service Manager – Fix It. Lead It. Grow It. $120K – $175K | High-Opportunity Store | Leadership Role Larson Automotive Group is hiring a Hyundai Service Manager. This store has opportunity—and needs the right leader to unlock it. We’re not looking for someone to maintain the status quo. We’re looking for a hands-on operator who can bring structure, accountability, and consistency to a service department that’s ready to be elevated. If you’ve built teams, held people accountable, and improved performance before—this is your store to run. What You’ll Take Ownership Of Daily operations of a high-volume service department Advisor and technician performance, accountability, and development KPI improvement: CSI, ELR, efficiency, and overall profitability Process implementation and consistency across the team Customer experience from write-up to delivery Culture: urgency, discipline, and teamwork This is a true leadership role—not a placeholder position. What This Store Needs Structure where there has been inconsistency Accountability at every level A leader who sets expectations and enforces them Someone who can build a team—not just manage one What We’re Looking For Proven Service Manager or senior fixed ops leadership experience Strong background in high-volume dealership operations Track record of improving KPIs and driving profitability Comfortable owning financials, forecasting, and expense control Direct, confident leadership style Process-driven and not afraid to hold the line If you avoid tough conversations or struggle with accountability, this role will not be a fit. Requirements

  • Proven track record in a high-octane automotive service management role.
  • Leadership skills that could turn rush hour traffic into a parade.
  • Customer service finesse that could turn a lemon into lemonade (or at least make the lemon smile).
  • Communication skills so smooth, you could sell snow tires to a desert dweller.
  • Automotive systems mastery – you eat complex diagnostics for breakfast.
  • Financial wizardry – you're like the Houdini of budget management.
  • Rapid decision-maker and creative problem solver – you're like MacGyver in a mechanic's overalls.
  • Fluent in the language of industry regulations and safety protocols.
