About The Position

Braman Miami is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department and uphold our commitment to excellence.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Automotive Service Director or similar role within the automotive industry.
In-depth knowledge of automotive service operations, including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance procedures.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
People oriented, earn customers and employee's loyalty with a positive and energetic personality.
Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
Strong written and verbal communications skills

Responsibilities

Set a clear vision and goals for the Service Department to achieve targeted performance.
Recruit, train, and supervise service department personnel, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction by overseeing service quality, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.
Developing and maintaining an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty.
Analyze and evaluate the business and staff to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance.
Drive the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations.
Stay updated on industry trends, vehicle technologies, and service techniques to provide expert guidance to the team and ensure high-quality service standards.
Streamline service department processes, manage workflow, and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Recruit and oversee staff within the service department, ensuring effective management and evaluating their customer service performance.
