We’re looking for a Service Manager who can keep the department running smoothly, motivate the team, deliver exceptional CSI, and drive service sales results. Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $204,000.00 - $240,000.00; including 4% commissions of monthly net profit on the service department in accordance with the terms of pay plan; 3% commissions of monthly net profit on the details department in accordance with the terms of pay plan; additional monthly 1.25% commission of net profit on service department if the dealership’s monthly customer satisfaction scores exceed national average in accordance with terms of pay plan.
