About The Position

We are seeking an Experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead and oversee our service department in Maui, Hawaii . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of stable, proven experience in automotive service management and a strong track record of leadership, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of stable experience as an Automotive Service Manager
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Proven ability to manage department performance and profitability
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CDK and Xtime strongly preferred
  • Ford dealership experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Lead, train, and support service advisors and technicians
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and CSI performance
  • Oversee scheduling, workflow, and repair order management
  • Monitor department KPIs, including labor sales, efficiency, and gross profit
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies
  • Handle customer escalations professionally and effectively
  • Maintain a positive, productive team culture
  • Coordinate with parts and sales departments to ensure smooth operations
