About The Position

Automotive Service Manager – Austin’s Automotive Specialists 1607 W. Parmer Ln, Austin, TX 78727 Full-Time | Leadership Role | Competitive Pay + Benefits Austin’s Automotive Specialists is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our high-performing team at our Parmer Lane location. Requirements

• 2+ years automotive shop management experience
• 1+ year sales experience or proven sales ability
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage a P&L and read financial documents
• Proficiency with Windows computers
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach shop employees
• Manage workflow, dispatch work, and maintain quality
• Hire, train, and develop staff
• Sell repairs/services using company guidelines
• Handle customer concerns and follow-up
• Oversee inventory, cash reconciliation, and vendor invoices
• Maintain shop safety and step in as Service Advisor when needed
