Requirements

  • 3+ years as an Automotive Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager
  • Proven success improving customer satisfaction and service profitability
  • Strong leadership presence with a hands-on management style
  • Solid understanding of dealership KPIs and service metrics
  • Ability to build and retain high-performing service teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with luxury brands or GM/Cadillac preferred

Responsibilities

  • Full operational responsibility for the automotive service department
  • Lead, mentor, and hold accountable service advisors, technicians, and support staff
  • Drive CSI, ELR, hours per RO, and gross profit
  • Implement and maintain effective service processes
  • Oversee dispatch, scheduling, and shop productivity
  • Manage customer concerns and escalations professionally
  • Ensure compliance with OEM (Cadillac/GM) standards
  • Analyze performance reports and take corrective action
  • Partner with Parts and Sales leadership to maximize efficiency
