Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years automotive shop management experience
• 1+ year in sales or proven ability to sell
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach shop staff
• Manage scheduling and performance
• Oversee workflow, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Sell repairs/services and help achieve sales goals
• Handle customer service issues
• Maintain shop safety
• Manage costs and P&L performance
