About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager who can lead by example, develop people, and drive shop performance while protecting and strengthening our culture.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of automotive repair operations
  • Proven ability to lead teams and build positive culture

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop service advisors and front-office staff
  • Oversee daily shop operations, workflow, and scheduling
  • Drive sales, KPIs, and overall shop performance
  • Uphold and reinforce company culture, standards, and expectations
  • Handle escalated customer concerns professionally
