About The Position

Audi Wynnewood is seeking an experienced and driven Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department in Wynnewood. The Automotive Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, maximizing profitability, and leading a high-performing team of technicians and service advisors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of automotive service management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proven track record of meeting sales and performance goals
• Knowledge of dealership service operations and best practices
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the service department operations
• Drive service sales and profitability while maintaining high CSI scores
• Hire, train, mentor, and motivate service advisors and technicians
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and efficiency metrics
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
