About The Position

Automotive Service Manager Full-Service Auto Repair Shop | Northern San Antonio, TX A well-established, full-service automotive repair shop serving Northern San Antonio and surrounding communities is looking for a strong Automotive Service Manager with a great attitude and proven leadership skills. We’re looking for someone who is the keeper of our values, the maintainer of standards, and the leader the team naturally follows. This role is hands-on and customer-facing—you’ll oversee daily shop operations while also selling needed repairs and building long-term customer trust. If you take pride in running an honest, high-performing shop and leading people the right way, we want to talk with you.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Automotive Service Center Management experience (or closely related experience aligned with Service Manager responsibilities)
  • 1+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated ability to sell and lead
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to build respectful, productive relationships with technicians
  • Commitment to honesty, transparency, and quality work

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all daily shop operations
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience built on trust and transparency
  • Sell recommended maintenance and repairs as needed to meet shop goals
  • Coach, support, and collaborate with technicians
  • Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and professionalism
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and the local community
