Requirements
- Automotive Service Manager related experience
- Valid driver's license
- Good computer, leadership & customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee service department operations
- Hire, train & develop automotive service team
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Maintain shop supplies & parts inventory
- Drive production & enforce quality standards
- Ensure a high level of customer service
- Partner with other departments as needed
Benefits
- Up to $70,000.00 salary based on experience
- Extra monthly bonus potential up to $1,000.00
