Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Service Management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
  • Automotive repair knowledge and workflow management experience
  • Ability to build high-performing teams & deliver consistent results
  • Customer-first mindset with strong accountability

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the service team
  • Manage workflow, productivity, and shop operations
  • Ensure top-tier customer experience and follow-up
  • Drive service sales and achieve performance goals
  • Oversee parts sourcing, inventory management & service writing
  • Support hiring, training, and team development
  • Maintain high standards of communication, accuracy & efficiency
