About The Position
The Automotive Service Manager is responsible for meeting or exceeding performance targets by understanding and following company strategies. This role involves confidently recommending, selling, advising, and providing exceptional customer service to guests. The manager acts as a liaison between guests and the service team, and will receive training to become a product expert in selling tires and wheels, in addition to services and repairs. Adherence to American Tire Depot's sales strategy and core values is essential to create life-long customers.
