The Ideal Candidate Energetic & Driven: A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a team environment Efficient & Organized: Able to manage vehicle logistics quickly and accurately Customer-Focused: Friendly, professional, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service What You’ll Do Work with Service Advisors to prep vehicles and move them from the service drive to the shop holding area Wash, vacuum, and wipe down customer vehicles to ensure they are returned in pristine condition Provide transportation for customers to and from their homes, as requested Manage logistics and organization of customer vehicles on the lot Perform additional tasks to support the service department as needed Why Larson Cadillac? Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree; or one-to-three-month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Clear and Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to follow directions.
  • Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission.
  • Ability to work with little to no direction.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Clean driving record.
  • Willing to submit to a background check & drug screen.

Responsibilities
