About the Role: We’re seeking a Store Manager with a strong background in automotive service and tire operations to lead a high-volume store in the Atlanta area. This is not an entry-level management position—only candidates with a demonstrated history of success in service and tire shops will be considered. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, managing a dynamic team, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on challenge, leadership, and high expectations. The Store Manager position is a salaried role. The Store Manager provides daily leadership to all positions within the store to include General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Store Manager. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for providing the day-to-day leadership to the store and teammates, including selecting, coaching, and developing store teammates. This position supports Monro’s vision to be America’s leading auto and service tire service centers, trusted by our guests as the best place in their neighborhoods for quality automotive service and tires by promoting products and services to guests.
