In this position, most of your day is spent talking to clients on the phone or through emails. Your role is not to diagnose their vehicle, but to actively listen and identify their primary concern so you can schedule the appropriate appointment. You follow our scheduling procedure by checking for open recalls, properly verifying client information, and accurately documenting complaints. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, you print repair orders for the next day's business. Our team members believe that integrity matters! We pride ourselves on being honest and transparent in all aspects of our business. If something does not have value, we will not offer it to our clients.
