About The Position
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Service Consultant. Located at Genesis of Carmel, the Service Consultant is a critical role, working as a liaison to our customers and technicians by presenting vehicle repair recommendations. You will play an active role in the Service Lane by providing excellent service and suggestions to keep the customer's vehicle in top shape.
