Requirements
- Basic computer application knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Punctual, reliable, and eager to improve
- Must have a positive attitude and enjoy working on a team
- Valid drivers license
Responsibilities
- Contributes to customer satisfaction by providing prompt, efficient, and quality service.
- Provides service department with customer vehicle pick up and delivery service.
- Pays attention to “small details” before delivering a car to a customer.
- Cleans vehicle before delivery to customer.
- Anticipates customers’ needs.
- Cleans, moves, and maintains appearance of service vehicles.
- Assists Service Department managers, Advisors, Technicians and Cashiers.
