Requirements

• Great customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Data entry skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Able to work a flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays
• Requires a background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Calculate the customer’s invoice
• Calculate discounts, coupons and charge to the proper accounts
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from the customer
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
• Balance cash drawer at beginning and end of shifts
• Sort and file repair orders
• Answer in-coming phone calls
• Perform other duties as assigned
