Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or cashiering preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Basic computer skills: experience with dealership software is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and email
Ability to manage phones, customers, and coworkers simultaneously
Strong customer service skills and ability to remain calm under pressure

Responsibilities

Greet customers in the service department and provide friendly, professional assistance.
Process payments for service and parts transactions accurately and efficiently.
Answer phone calls and assist with scheduling service appointments.
Maintain organized records of invoices and receipts.
Support the service team with administrative tasks as needed.
