Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident, upbeat phone presence
• Excellent follow-through and organization
• Comfortable with computers and CRM systems
• Positive, can-do attitude
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Previous BDC or call center experience is a plus (but not required!)

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments
• Proactively reach out to current customers via phone, email, and text
• Follow up on service reminders, missed appointments, and marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Management to ensure a seamless experience
• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment notes
• Attend weekly team meetings and complete ongoing training
• Deliver exceptional customer service—every customer, every time
