About The Position

Flow BMW of Charlottesville is seeking a full time service assistant. This will include evenings and Saturdays. This position will also include shuttle driving when needed. Proficient computer and customer service skills are required. Must have a clean driving record. Automotive/dealership experience preferred, but not required. The service assistant responsibilities are, but not limited to: Greet customers in person and over the phone with a professional, positive attitude Support the service manager and service advisors with daily tasks and workflow Safely transport customers using the shuttle service when needed Perform data entry, including updating customer and vehicle information Scan, file, and maintain repair orders and service documents in an organized manner Some administrative and front desk/receptionist duties Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and customer waiting area We provide ongoing training and future career opportunities to those willing to contribute the effort and time. Requirements

Strong computer skills (experience with dealership systems is a plus)
Evening and Saturday shifts
Ability to safely drive customers to and from their destinations via our shuttle van
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Top notch customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Dependable and punctual, including reliable transportation
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
