South Chicago Dodge Chrysler Jeep is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Service Advisor to join our service team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for helping customers understand the value of maintaining their vehicles. Your primary focus will be to provide excellent customer service and to surpass all customer demands and expectations. Daily activities will include referring to service history, inspecting vehicles, and recommending necessary services to clients. You will also promote the sales of services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the products and their associated service requirements. Additionally, you will administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with warranty specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and have previous automotive experience. This position requires the ability to work nights and Saturdays, ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible at their convenience.
