This is a remote position with a varying schedule from Monday to Friday between 4:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday to Sunday from 4:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The hourly rate for this opportunity is $23/hr. The role involves ensuring that vendors are performing requested repairs at agreed-upon pricing, reviewing a wide range of vehicle repair requests, and ensuring that repairs are vended to make the most efficient use of vehicle manufacturer warranty programs, including free PMs and warranty work covered by OEM. Additionally, the position requires handling repair disputes with national account vendors, validating parts pricing and labor times, and guaranteeing that vehicle repairs adhere to company policies while addressing safety concerns. The candidate will also be responsible for efficiently driving down vendor cycle time to minimize out-of-service days, handling phone calls related to vehicles experiencing extensive downtime, adhering to goal-setting metrics for all job functions, and reviewing vehicle repairs. The role involves working behind a desk and requires availability for a flexible schedule to support business needs that may require working weekends based on seniority shift bid.
