Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance and positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license (required)
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or restaurant environments
  • Automotive service or dealership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and guide others

Responsibilities

  • Owning the flow of the service drive to ensure fast, professional, and efficient service
  • Greeting customers, assessing needs, and clearly explaining the repair process
  • Acting as a concierge for all customer inquiries — in person and by phone
  • Managing technician schedules and ensuring available labor hours are sold daily
  • Distributing work efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
  • Taking initiative on follow-up and problem resolution to leave a lasting positive impression
  • Upholding dealership standards, professionalism, and customer-first values at all times
