Requirements

• 1–3 years of service writing or customer-facing automotive experience
• Strong communication, multitasking & follow-through skills
• Ability to manage workflow and support shop operations
• Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Comfort using Microsoft tools & shop management software

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional customer experience
• Write service estimates & manage repair orders
• Support workflow management and daily shop operations
• Communicate clearly with customers & technicians
• Source parts, manage inventory & ensure accurate invoicing
• Drive sales execution with a people-first approach
• Maintain organization, follow-up, and accountability
