Heritage Toyota of Harrisburg is expanding! We are hiring a Service Advisor/ Service Writer for our busy automotive Service Department. Summary: Our automotive Service Advisor/ Service Writer greets customers and consults with them on their vehicle service needs. MileOne Autogroup represents 22 automobile brands at 66 dealerships and 8 body shops within the Hall, Heritage, Herb Gordon, Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis and MotorWorld divisions. Requirements

  • 3+ years of dealership Service Advisor experience preferred
  • Prior experience in automotive service writing, preferred
  • Working knowledge of basic car functions, characteristics, and operations
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematical skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to include vehicle service care and manufacturer’s warranty specifications
  • Schedule and manage service appointments and service estimates
  • Address and resolve customer complaints
