Responsibilities

  • Manage service orders and monitor flow through the service drive
  • Ensure every customer receives prompt, courteous, and professional service
  • Take full ownership of the customer experience — both in person and by phone
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication
  • Efficiently distribute work among technicians to maximize productivity
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to answer technical service questions
  • Support warranty claims administration and ensure proper documentation
  • Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
  • Foster a positive relationship with manufacturers and uphold dealership standards
  • Ensure all work and service processes comply with relevant laws and company policies
