Our Service Advisors are responsible for: Serving as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matters Communicating effectively between customers, managers, and technicians Listening to and understanding customer problems Arranging appropriate service/repairs Setting and managing expectations for customers and technicians Explaining needed repairs and recommended maintenance to customers Ensuring customer satisfaction with repair quality and timeliness Working productively in a fast-paced team environment Delivering world-class customer service
