About The Position
Borcherding Buick GMC is seeking a highly motivated, customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and are passionate about delivering exceptional service in the automotive industry. As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary liaison between our customers and the service department. Your responsibilities will include assessing vehicle service needs, providing accurate recommendations, and ensuring every customer receives timely and professional assistance. Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, or background in express lube, automotive repair, customer service, or sales.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage customer inquiries, phone calls, and administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer proficiency; CDK experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
- Must be 18 or older.
