Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Completion of accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control.
• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, with a deep understanding of automotive service processes and customer service excellence.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of computers and business machines, with the ability to multitask and manage interruptions effectively.
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and building long-term customer relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to understand their vehicle service and repair needs, providing expert advice and guidance.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Oversee the quality control process for each vehicle, ensuring that repairs and services meet the highest standards of excellence.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on the progress of their vehicle’s service and addressing any questions they may have.
• Maximize sales opportunities by promoting additional services and retail promotions, contributing to increased profitability.
• Supervise technicians, ensuring efficient time management, accurate parts ordering, and timely job completion.
• Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures to enhance service efficiency and consistency.
• Uphold the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, and customer service.
