Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR
  • 1+ year of Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience (or closely related role)
  • 1+ year of sales experience or demonstrated ability to sell and lead
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Team-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a pleasant and memorable customer experience at every interaction
  • Greet customers, document vehicle concerns, and prepare service estimates
  • Recommend services with confidence and integrity
  • Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and transparency
  • Communicate effectively between customers and technicians
  • Maintain strong, respectful working relationships with the service team
  • Help uphold the shop’s reputation for honesty and outstanding workmanship
