CDJR AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR – LAWRENCEBURG, IN Conveniently located off Hwy 275W and E Eads Pkwy JEFF WYLER LAWRENCEBURG CDJR IS ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR A DEDICATED SERVICE ADVISOR! With over 50 years in the business, Jeff Wyler Automotive Family is a family-owned company that operates nearly 40 dealerships across Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. The Service Advisor must be energetic, have a friendly, approachable personality, able to multi-task in a high-paced setting, be computer literate, and have a neat and clean appearance. This position will ensure the customer is in and out in a short time for basic services such as oil changes, filters, bulbs, and tire rotations. Requirements
- Current experience in a Service Advisor role preferred (automotive preferred such as dealership customer service, sales, or technician)
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
- Organized, friendly and professional demeanor
- Previous experience with CDK
- High school diploma or equivalent
- All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.
