If you’re someone who enjoys customer service, sales, organization, and teamwork, we’d love to meet you. ________________________________________ What You’ll Do: As a Service Advisor , you’ll serve as the primary connection between our customers and the technician team. Key responsibilities include: Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, professional experience Answer incoming calls promptly and assist customers with service questions Sell recommended maintenance and repair services Enter and track customer and vehicle information in shop management software Tag vehicles and document service needs upon arrival Build repair estimates and communicate recommendations clearly Obtain customer authorization for repairs Work closely with technicians to review inspection results and service recommendations Assign work orders based on technician availability and skill level Track vehicle progress and maintain clear notes in work orders Notify customers when vehicles are ready and arrange payment and vehicle pickup Perform occasional vehicle road tests Assist with general shop operations when needed to support workflow Our team believes no task is too small when it comes to helping customers and supporting the shop. ________________________________________ Why Work With Us: At GreatWater, we believe in honest service, quality workmanship, and taking care of people. Requirements

  • 1+ year Service Advisor / Service Writer experience preferred
  • 1+ year sales experience or demonstrated ability to sell services
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
  • Comfortable using computer systems and shop management software
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
