Experienced Automotive Service Advisor (1+ years required)

We are currently looking for Service Advisors to join our incredible service departments in Olympia. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of automotive experience. Requirements
- 1+ years of dealership/independent shop experience as a Service Advisor/Writer/Customer Service required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Benefits
- Pay Range: $50,000 - $120,000 per year (based on experience, qualifications, and performance)
- Compensation Structure: Base salary plus commission on parts and labor sales
