Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently
- Proficiency with service management software and basic computer skills
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
- Reliable transportation to our Waynesboro, PA location
Responsibilities

- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on service completion and addressing any issues
- Maintain thorough and organized service records
