About The Position

Service Advisor Genesis of Ridgefield Genesis of Ridgefield is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service skills, automotive knowledge, and excellent organizational abilities. Experience with CDK is a plus. What Youll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for service clients from check-in through vehicle delivery Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs in a consultative, transparent manner Coordinate with technicians and service leadership to ensure accurate and timely repairs Utilize CDK and CRM tools to manage repair orders, updates, and follow-up What Were Looking For Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service, luxury retail, or customer-facing environments preferred Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset Valid drivers license Why Join Keeler? Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service, luxury retail, or customer-facing environments preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset
  • Valid drivers license

  • Experience with CDK is a plus
