We are looking for proven advisors at the top of their game who are ready for a better opportunity. This is not a slow store with limited opportunity. Subaru of Chicago has 26 technicians, 40 bays, more than 2000 repair orders per month, and growing. We currently have 7 advisors and are expanding to keep up with demand. We have the customer base, leadership team, marketing and support structure to help great advisors succeed. If you come in, perform at a high level, and prove yourself over the first 6 months, we will fast track you for future management opportunities within our dealership group.
