Keller Bros Dodge is seeking a motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join its service team. This role involves managing the customer experience from write-up to vehicle delivery, ensuring clear communication throughout the repair process, and balancing customer satisfaction with shop efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders at once
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, customer facing environment
• Basic automotive knowledge or willingness to learn
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with dealership systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to commute to Lititz, PA

• Previous service advisor or automotive customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and write up service repair orders accurately
• Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs
• Provide clear estimates and obtain customer authorization
• Communicate repair status and timelines in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure work is completed as promised
• Review completed work with customers at vehicle delivery
• Promote maintenance services, warranties, and recommended services
• Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records
• Support CSI performance and follow up on customer surveys and feedback
