Requirements

Previous experience in an automotive service advisor or customer service role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of automotive terminology and repair processes is a plus.
Proficiency with computer systems and software used in service departments.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
