Our service drive is busy, our customers are loyal, and our team takes pride in doing things the right way while having fun along the way. 🎯 Your Mission As a Service Advisor, you’re the face of the service department —the person who makes customers feel welcomed, heard, and confident in their Audi experience. From arrival to delivery, you’ll guide customers through the service process with clarity, professionalism, and a concierge‑level approach. If you enjoy fast-paced days, building relationships, and being at the center of the action, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • A friendly, outgoing personality with great people skills
  • Automotive dealership experience preferred (service drive experience a big plus!)
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities
  • Confidence communicating with both customers and internal teams
  • A customer‑first mindset with a take‑ownership attitude
  • Valid in‑state driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Create a warm, professional first impression in the service drive
  • Own the customer experience from write‑up to vehicle delivery
  • Clearly explain services, timelines, and recommendations—no confusion, no surprises
  • Coordinate with technicians to keep work flowing smoothly and efficiently
  • Maximize technician schedules while keeping customer satisfaction top‑tier
  • Provide white‑glove support for phone calls and in‑person questions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they leave happy—and come back
