In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A SERVICE ADVISOR IN DEALERSHIP SETTING.
Experience with CDK and Xtime.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in automotive service is advantageous.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with automotive service software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and listen to their automotive service needs.
Provide accurate estimates for service and repair costs.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
Maintain detailed records of services and customer interactions.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
